In her role as a PR Director Rikki is organized, efficient and extremely competent. I have worked with Rikki for the past 2 years and we’ve collaborated many times. She assists with updates to the NorthShore web site by generating ideas for article topics, providing guidance on which doctors to contact to get the article written, as well as facilitating the communication between the doctor and the writer. Her communication skills are excellent and in my opinion it’s due to her extremely vivacious personality. She is very charming, has a great sense of humor and is a delight to interact with both on a professional and personal level.
